Black Sea Property is a Norwegian real estate company whose projects are focused on the Bulgarian market. The projects consist of holiday homes around major metropolitan areas, mainly concentrated in various tourist areas along the country's coast, various ski resorts and areas in the Bulgarian capital Sofia. The company was founded in 2015 and is headquartered in Oslo, Norway.
