Er der en aktionær, der fulgte Nixu-indløsningen helt til dørs, som vil fortælle, hvornår pengene fra indløsningen gik ind på kontoen, og hvad rentesatsen beregnet på indløsningskursen var? Altså hvis man f.eks. havde 1000 aktier, hvor indløsningsprisen var 13.000 euro, og der blev betalt 260 euro i rente (brutto), ville rentesatsen være præcis 2% (sandsynligvis var satsen omkring 2,5%).

Bare sælg dem, de lovbestemte renter i løbet af voldgiftssagen vil så gå tabt, men ellers er der ingen hindringer for salget. Jeg kan næsten love dig, at hvis du ikke reagerede på købstilbuddene for Affecto og Technopolis, så er de også gået gennem en lignende voldgiftsprocedure. Det hører så at sige til den obligatoriske proces, når købers ejerandel stiger til over 90 %, og pligten/retten til at indløse resten aktiveres.

Jeg slog ikke til på købstilbuddet i foråret/sommeren, da jeg angiveligt havde for travlt med andre ting. Desuden forsvandt Affecto- og Technopolis-aktierne tidligere fra porteføljen uden yderligere tiltag, hvilket var med til at påvirke mine prioriteringer. Nu bringer posten dog information hjem om voldgiftssag og beskikkede repræsentanter. I sig selv ser det ikke ud til at kræve nogen handling fra min side, da jeg hverken gør modstand eller skændes om prisen. Hjertet springer dog op i halsen hver gang, der dumper et brev med et advokatfirmas logo ind gennem brevsprækken. Ifølge den fremsendte tidsplan ser det ud til, at der vil komme breve helt frem til slutningen af året. Kan jeg bare smide aktierne til salg på markedet, eller skal jeg se proceduren til ende?

Lisäksi Ostotarjouksessa on tarjottu 100 prosenttia Optio-oikeuksista, mikä tarkoittaa yhdessä tarjottujen Osakkeiden ja Tarjouksentekijän hallussa olevien Osakkeiden kanssa noin 92,6 prosentin omistusta kaikista Osakkeista ja Osakkeiden tuottamista äänioikeuksista täysi laimennusvaikutus huomioiden. Eli tarjous on menossa läpi koska ylitetty 90 % raja. Rahojen pitäisi kilahtaa tilille 12.6, mikäli torstaina tieto vahvistetaan mutta en näe itse tässä läpimenossa mitään ongelmaa.

Nixu's revenue should turn to growth with market demand picking up, increased number of recruits and the new operating model, for which the biggest transformation pains are now behind. At the moment, the significantly decreased valuation (2022e EV/S 0.9x) reflects a high degree of skepticism toward the company's turnaround, which, if successful, would bring a hefty amount of upside. However, the poor performance of recent years and the risks associated with the turnaround still don't make the return/risk ratio very attractive.</p>
