Urban Partners' Logicenters and Oslo Airport City have entered into an agreement
with Veidekke Logistikkbygg to construct an environmentally certified logistics
facility that will be leased to Scanasia and offered to future tenants. The
design & build contract is valued at more than NOK 200 million excluding VAT.

which confirms the strong and constructive collaboration that we greatly

The total building area will be approximately 20,800 square metres, of which
around 5,600 square metres will be specially adapted for Scanasia, including
offices, dry storage, refrigerated and frozen storage. The remaining part of the
building is currently available and can be tailored for one or more tenants
seeking to establish operations at Gardermoen. The building will be
environmentally certified according to the BREEAM-NOR Very Good standard.

A framework application has been submitted to Ullensaker municipality.
Construction is scheduled to commence in May, with planned completion in the
second quarter of 2027.
The contract is included in Veidekke's order book for Q1 2026.
