Scandinavian Astor Group AB (publ) (“Astor Group” or the “Company”) has appointed Niclas Lundin to the role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Niclas will take up the position on September 1, 2026.
Niclas Lundin has nearly 20 years of experience in auditing, finance and strategic financial management, gained from both listed and international companies. He most recently served as CFO of Soltech Energy Sweden AB and was previously CFO of Dynasafe International, where he was responsible for the finance function within an international group operating in the security and defence sectors.
Throughout his career, Niclas has worked extensively with areas including group governance, acquisitions, financing, cash management, IFRS, controlling and international expansion. He also has a background as a chartered accountant.

Astor Group changes the date of its 2026 half-year report
Astor Group also announces that the publication of its interim report for the period January–June 2026 has been brought forward to August 12, 2026. The previously announced date was August 19, 2026.
