Scandinavian Astor Group AB publishes its 2025 Annual Report

The 2025 Annual Report describes Astor Group's role in strengthening Europe's defence capabilities and resilience in a changing security landscape. It demonstrates how Astor Group - through its business areas Astor Tech, Astor Industry and Astor Protect - delivers advanced technology, high-quality components and protection solutions that contribute to safer societies and strengthen customers' operational capabilities in an increasingly uncertain world.

Key highlights from the 2025 Annual Report:

• Astor Group's net turnover increased to SEK 433 million, which is 94% higher than in 2024
• Organic growth was 42%
• The company completed five acquisitions and now has a presence in four countries: Sweden, Finland, Latvia and Germany
• Earnings performance remained positive, with an adjusted EBITDA margin of 19.2% (12.9%) for the full year

As the Company became listed on a regulated market on December 4, 2025, Astor Group has prepared an ESEF version of the Swedish-language version of the 2025 Annual Report, which is available on the Company's website. ESEF stands for European Single Electronic Format and is a European regulatory framework requiring financial reports to be prepared in a uniform digital format with the aim of increasing the transparency, comparability and accessibility of financial information. By making the Annual Report available as an XHTML document with XBRL tags, the financial data is tagged, making it possible to find, analyse and compare information in a more efficient and standardised manner.
