Nidhogg Resources Holding AB: Nidhogg Resources - Klintberget shows a clear combination of local magnetic anomalies and historically confirmed high levels of molybdenum, copper and silver

Nidhogg Resources

During the first half of April 2026, Nidhogg Resources Holding AB (publ) (the "Company"), conducted a ground-based magnetic survey of the Klintberget exploration permit (85 ha) in Hagfors Municipality, Värmland. The survey confirms the presence of local magnetic anomalies in connection with historic mining areas. Together with previously documented grades of molybdenum (Mo), copper (Cu) and silver (Ag), the results strengthen the assessment that polymetallic sulphide mineralization represents the primary target of the license.

The absence of significant contiguous anomalies at the large southern mining area indicates that the historical mining was likely related to sulphide-containing material with low iron content. This is in line with previous sampling which showed Fe grades of 1.54-2.16%, exceptionally high molybdenum (Mo) grades of 6-8%, high silver (Ag) grades of 100 ppm and copper (Cu) grades of 10,000 ppm in waste rock material, compared to 13.87-14.87% iron (Fe) further north in the license.

The measurements show that the magnetism over Klintberget is generally weak (51,200 - 52,200 nT) compared to typical iron ore anomalies that are regionally above 52,000 nT, but that strong and clearly defined magnetic peaks occur at two areas: (1) historic mines in the western part, where the highest measured level reached 57,035 nT, and (2) exposed bedrock near the top of Klintberget.

The highest magnetic values at Klintberget are limited in extent, and their localized nature suggests that any iron-bearing mineralization is confined to specific zones. Combined with SGU's classification of the historical workings as sulphide-type, this indicates that Mo-Cu-Ag mineralization represents the most relevant target for continued exploration.

Nidhogg plans the following further work at Klintberget:

  1. Rock chip and waste rock sampling - Rock chip sampling, tailings/waste rock piles and historical mining operations to compare sulphide and ferrous materials in the license;
  2. Laboratory Analysis (XRF/ICPMS) - Primary Mo, Cu, Ag and Fe. - Full base metal and precious metal profile.
  3. Evaluation of VLF measurement - To map electrically conductive sulphide zones.

Comment from Nidhogg Resources

"Klintberget shows a clear combination of local magnetic anomalies and historically confirmed high levels of molybdenum, copper and silver. This strengthens the picture of a polymetallic sulphide project with several target types. The next step will be to sample the most interesting zones and evaluate a VLF survey to map sulphide-bearing structures." - Niclas Biörnstad, CEO, Nidhogg Resources Holding AB (publ).
