announce that the unaudited consolidated results of the Company and its
subsidiaries for the quarter ended 31 March 2026 will be released on Wednesday,

Following the release of 2026 Q1 results by the Company, the Company would like
to invite shareholders and analysts to a scheduled Zoom meeting at 10:00 a.m.
Oslo Time (4:00 p.m. HK Time) on Wednesday, 27 May 2026, hosted by Mr. Raymond
