As of today, 30 April 2026, the total number of shares and votes in Fasadgruppen Group AB (publ) amounts to 87,405,783.

The number of shares and votes increased during April as a result of the rights issue of 33,573,670 new shares, which the company announced on 3 February 2026 and completed in April 2026.
