An Extraordinary General Meeting of Ensurge Micropower ASA (the "Company") will
be held on 21 October 2026 at 16:00 (CET) as an electronic meeting.

The Extraordinary General Meeting will have the following agenda:
1. Registration of participating shareholders; election of a person to chair the
meeting and a person to co-sign the minutes
2. Approval of the notice and agenda
3. Use of electronic communication with shareholders
4. Issuance of warrants in connection with the convertible loan issued by the
Company on 31 July 2026
5. Approval of a new convertible loan and issuance of warrants
6. Amendment of the terms of the warrants approved by the Annual General Meeting
on 15 May 2026
7. Board authorization to issue convertible loans
