Oslo, 18 September 2026 – On 9 September, ContextVision AB (“ContextVision” or the “Company”) announced a share buy-back programme of up to NOK 12,000,000, with a maximum of 2,000,000 shares, in the period from 10 September 2026 to 29 January 2027.

DNB Carnegie, acting under the mandate from ContextVision, has carried out the following transactions under the buy-back programme:

Following the completion of the above transactions, ContextVision owns a total of 3 086 511 of own shares, corresponding to 3,99% of ContextVision’s share capital.
