As a result of subscription for shares through the exercise of warrants in Flat Capital AB ("Flat Capital" or the "Company"), the number of shares and votes in Flat Capital has changed.
Flat Capital announces that, as of 31 July 2026, there are a total of 498,082,578 shares in the Company, of which 140,916,996 are class A shares carrying 10 votes each and 357,165,582 are class B shares carrying one vote each. The number of votes in the Company amounts to 1,766,335,542 and the share capital amounts to SEK 24,904,128.90.
The number of class B shares and votes in the Company has increased by 240,457 as a result of subscription for shares through the exercise of warrants under Flat Capital's incentive programs 2023/2026:S and 2023/2026:A (jointly, the “Warrants”). The Warrants have partly been exercised through a so-called “net strike”, meaning that the holder has paid a reduced subscription price upon exercise in exchange for receiving a reduced number of shares. The exercise period has ended, meaning that no further subscription for shares under the incentive programs 2023/2026:S or 2023/2026:A will occur.
