The Board of Directors of Boozt AB ("Boozt") has resolved to execute a transfer of 320,327 ordinary shares to the participants in LTI 2023 in accordance with the resolution at the Annual General Meeting in 2023.
In accordance with the terms and conditions of LTI 2023 resolved at the Annual General Meeting in 2023, the Board of Directors of Boozt has resolved to allot and execute transfers of 320,327 so called performance shares (ordinary shares) to participants in LTI 2023, where 29,920 ordinary shares were allotted to Boozt’s CEO, 86,768 ordinary shares to other group management, 109,958 ordinary shares to key employees and 93,681 ordinary shares to platform employees. In total, 81 participants have been allotted ordinary shares in LTI 2023.
The total number of shares in Boozt at the time of this press release amounts to 62,000,000, of which 60,255,133 are ordinary shares with one vote per share and 1,744,867 are series C shares with 1/10 vote per share. The total number of votes in Boozt amounts to 60,429,619.7. Following the transfer of ordinary shares to participants in LTI 2023, Boozt will hold a total of 2,434,914 shares, of which 690,047 are ordinary shares and 1,744,867 are series C shares.
