Stockholm, 9 March 2026 – Valuno Group AB (publ) announces that board member Mikael Fallström, at his own request, has stepped down from his position on the company’s board of directors with immediate effect.
The board thanks Mikael Fallström for his contributions to the company.
Considering the change in the composition of the board, the board intends to shortly convene an extraordinary general meeting to address the election of a new board member.
