Bittium Corporation has today published its Annual Report 2025. The Annual Report includes the Report by the Board of Directors, the Financial Statements of group and parent company, as well as the Corporate Governance Statement and Remuneration Report for 2025. The report by the Board of Directors includes a Sustainability Statement prepared based on the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and in accordance with the Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS). The audit firm PricewaterhouseCoopers Ltd has provided the Statement a level of limited assurance, in accordance with ISAE 3000 standard.
The reporting package has been published both in Finnish and in English. The Annual Report is attached to this release as PDF file. The reporting package is also available on the company's website at https://www.bittium.com/investors.
Bittium has published its Financial Statements also in accordance with the European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) reporting requirements in Extensible Hypertext Markup Language (XHTML) format. The Financial Statements have been labelled with XBRL tags. The audit firm PricewaterhouseCoopers Ltd has provided an independent auditor's reasonable assurance report on Bittium Corporation's ESEF Financial Statements.
