&nbsp;Company announcement no. 18-2025December 11, 2025&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<h2>Update on today's court hearing</h2>Audientes A/S ("Audientes" or "the Company") announces that the Danish court today held the scheduled hearing regarding the bankruptcy petition filed against the Company by a creditor.&nbsp;At the hearing, a group of existing shareholders, represented by joint legal counsel, declared their willingness to provide financing to the Company. This financing is intended to enable settlement of the specific creditor's claim and thereby avoid the issuance of a bankruptcy decree.&nbsp;<h2>Court decision</h2>In light of the information presented, the court has decided to grant the Company an extension.
