Amaron acquires three commercial properties in the Öresund region

AMARON CF BPressemeddelelse04.08.2026, 08.40

Amaron continues to build its commercial real estate fund, focusing on light industrial, warehouse, and office properties within the Greater Copenhagen region. Amaron has acquired two developed properties and one undeveloped development site, located in the Södra industrial area in Vellinge and at Gastelyckan in Lund, respectively. The developed properties comprise a total lettable area of 6,774 square meters. The undeveloped land has been subdivided into a separate property and comprises 6,005 square meters.

The transactions were executed via corporate entities. Amaron assesses that the properties hold significant development potential. Possession of two properties was taken on July 31, 2026, with possession of the third scheduled for August 2026. The total property value amounts to SEK 106 million. The acquisitions were made through the company Amaron Real Estate AB.

"We are focusing geographically on Malmö, Lund, and Helsingborg, and the acquisitions effectively complement our property portfolio. We can quickly and cost-efficiently utilize our existing management setup. We look forward to a productive collaboration with the tenants," says Martin Mildner, CEO of Amaron Real Estate AB.

"Following a successful first fund, which we divested in 2021, we are now proceeding to build its successor, Amaron Commercial Real Estate Fund. We view the market climate as favorable and the supply of investment opportunities in commercial real estate in the region as attractive. Amaron has strong access to capital and established banking facilities, meaning our continued investment capacity is robust," adds Martin Mildner.

Advokatfirman Lindahl has acted as legal counsel to the buyer in connection with
the transaction.
