NanoCap Group intends to accept the offer
On July 24, 2026, NanoCap Group AB (publ), which according to its own information holds approximately 16.1 percent of the share capital and 11.8 percent of the votes in Aixia, announced its intention to accept WPTG's public takeover offer.
