OSLO, Norway - 21 April 2026 - Agilyx ASA (OSE: AGLX, OTCQX: AGXXF,
ISIN:NO0010872468, WKN: A2QGQ) ("Agilyx" or the "Company") makes reference to
the stock exchange notice dated 20 April 2026 regarding the agreement to raise
Agilyx ownership of GreenDot Global S.à.r.l. ("GreenDot") to 50.1% and confirms
the transaction is now completed.
With reference to the notice dated 20 April 2026 of a written resolution
concerning Agilyx' convertible loan, the proposed amendments have been approved
by the required majority.
Under the agreement, Lafor (an investment vehicle advised by Pioneer Point
Partners) and Agilyx now hold all shares in GreenDot by 49.9/50.1%,
respectively.
