On 1 January 2026, Administer Plc acquired the shares of Fin/Admin Oy. It was agreed that the purchase price will be paid in cash and in Administer shares. A total of 32,447 Administer shares, owned by the company itself, has been paid today to Kirsi Nieminen (23, 320 shares) and Maria Nieminen (9,127 shares) as part of the purchase price.
Transfer of own shares is based on the authorization given to the Board of Directors by the Annual General Meeting on 22 April 2026. After the share transfer the company holds in the aggregate 70 765 own shares.
