Tokmanni Group Corporation has assigned a total of 15,757 treasury shares to Tokmanni Group Corporation's Board of Directors as a part of the board members' annual remuneration according to the decision of the Annual General Meeting on 28 April 2026.
The shares were transferred on 27 May 2026. After the transfer, Tokmanni Group Corporation holds 502,748 of its own shares.
